Tudernum “Cassiano” Todi Rosso DOC 2022 – Country: Italy – Capacity: 0.75 Tudernum Cassiano is a beautiful wine characterized by a ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose presents young and vinous scents. Floral notes of violet and fruity notes of plum and underbrush. In the mouth it confirms itself as a fresh and immediate wine, with a pleasantly soft and juicy taste. A well-structured red wine, it comes from a blend of 50% Sangiovese and 50% Merlot grapes, processed in the cellar at a controlled temperature and without any phase in wood. The wine, in fact, is already bottled in the spring following the harvest and, after refining for about 3 months in the bottle, is released to the market. It is the right glass to offer to a friend when you are preparing to serve a simple and delicious aperitif. A slice of good salami and a sliver of medium-mature cheese are perfect to accompany this red wine from the first to the last available glass.
