Tenuta Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Grèsy Martinenga Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2023 – Country: Italy – Capacity: 0.75 Tenuta Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Grèsy A beautiful wine, young and vital, capable of adapting to a thousand different situations. The base is pure Nebbiolo, from the Marchesi di Grésy estate vineyards. The work in the cellar is careful but simple and ends with an essential refinement in cement for a period of about five months. No superstructure due to wood, therefore, but the purity of the varietal. It is easily recognizable from its colour, which is particularly bright, ruby red of medium intensity. The nose reveals notes of red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, black cherry and cherry. In the mouth it is fresh, lively, harmonious and balanced. Medium-bodied, it has a pleasant tannicity, typical for the variety. A wine decidedly drinkable that can surely accompany both meat dishes, red but especially white, and fish, provided that they are savoury.
