Zìn, Salento IGT from Cantina Produttori di Manduria, is the result of the vinification of grapes harvested in historic vineyards, with plants over 20 years old. Vines that have enjoyed, and still enjoy, the warm and sunny climate of beautiful Apulia and that have their roots in soils rich in limestone and tuff. Harvested in mid-September, vinification is simple and direct. White wine vinification, of course, with strict control of the fermentation temperature, to ensure the perfect extraction of all the finest aromas. In the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose reveals an intense bouquet of aromas that play on the notes of sweet white fruit, especially apple and pear, with a delicate floral touch of orange blossom.
