Mandrarossa “Calamossa” Bianco Frizzante Terre Siciliane IGT – Country: Italy – Capacity: 0.75 Mandrarossa Calamossa is a very pleasant sparkling white wine, produced with a mix of different native Sicilian grapes. A tribute to one of the most beautiful inlets of the coast of Menfi, set between vineyards and sea. Where the waves break gently on the shoreline and the wind blows pleasantly for most of the day. The grapes destined for the production of Calamossa undergo careful processing. After being delivered to the winery, they are processed at low temperatures to best preserve all the finest aromas. These attentions are amply repaid every time you are lucky enough to open a bottle of this white wine, which in the glass is a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The scents it releases are fresh and reminiscent of acacia flowers and wisteria. In the mouth it is pleasant, thanks to the right balance between sugars and acidity. It has only one flaw: one glass is enough to become immediately addicted to it.
