Maculan “Dindarello” Moscato Passito Veneto IGT 2023 – Country: Italy – Capacity: 0.38 Maculan Another interesting sweet wine. Another creation from the Maculan winery. In this case, however, the starring grape is not Vespaiola, but the more common Moscato. Dindarello, Veneto IGT Moscato Passito is produced from grapes harvested on the Breganzese hills, in the province of Vicenza, on volcanic and tuffaceous soils. The grapes are dried for about a month in the drying room and then vinified in stainless steel to preserve all their primary and aromatic characteristics. Straw yellow in colour, the nose reveals an extraordinarily intense bouquet, with hints typical of the variety, of honey and flowers. Sweet and very fresh, balanced and pleasantly full, it has a long and pleasant persistence. Excellent with simple desserts such as fruit tarts and desserts with cream, the best feature of this Dindarello is its versatility, which makes it perfect for every convivial moment.
