Castignano “Templaria” Marche Rosso IGT 2020 – Country: Italy – Capacity: 0.75 Castignano Marche Rosso IGT, this Templaria is one of the good territorial wines produced by Cantine di Castignano. It comes from an equal blend of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. The most typical of the autochthonous grapes, therefore, with the most beloved of the international ones, perfect to give the finished wine a touch of ripe fruit and dampen the strong character of the Sangiovese. The result is a wine characterised by a beautiful, austere and powerful red colour. The nose reveals very clear notes of red and ripe fruit. The correspondence in the mouth is also perfect. Served in large glasses, in fact, it reveals a pleasantly fruity wine, characterised by a delicate velvety nuance. Dry and rightly tannic, it is the perfect goblet for pairing with roast red meats or game. Good with spicy cheeses, it is a real joy to serve it when stuffed pasta dishes are on the table.
