All the vineyards come from hilly foothills, where the grapes reach full ripeness, rich in aromas and fragrances thanks to the natural temperature range between day and night. Vinified in steel and then aged for a long time on its lees, this Passerina from Cantine di Castignano is extremely typical for its type. Beautiful breadth, good roundness, density and persistence. In the glass it has a beautiful intense straw yellow colour. The nose reveals a broad and complex bouquet, with aromatic floral notes. On the palate, however, it is pleasantly intense and persistent, with clear hints of ripe fruit. A wine for the whole meal, it is perfect as an aperitif and, at the end of the evening, it is a pleasant accompaniment to late-night conversations.
