From there, turning onto the Brenner in the direction of the border, the panorama changes quickly. You leave the shores of Lake Garda behind and quickly find yourself surrounded by mountains and above all by vineyards. This is how the Trentino region welcomes its visitors. The grapes that give life to this Trento DOC, 100% Chardonnay, are grown at an altitude of at least 600 m., in vineyards characterized by a predominantly calcareous soil and excellent exposure. 600UNO, zero dosage, has a pleasant straw yellow colour in the glass, with a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is complex and elegant, with more than evident hints of yeast. On the palate it is fresh, dry and well-structured, distinguished by marked ripe and mineral notes. The slight acidic sensation is well balanced by the creamy note given by the permanence on the yeasts for over 30 months. Excellent persistence in the finish.
