A decidedly territorial wine, it is produced from grapes harvested in vineyards located near the sea. After harvesting and delivery to the winery, the grapes are quickly sent for careful white vinification, exclusively in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees C. In order to give this white wine greater complexity and depth, the winery’s enologists leave it for a few days on its fine lees. While, in order to preserve the freshness of the wine, even its maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks. In the glass it has a light yellow colour, almost paper white, with light greenish reflections. Fresh and fragrant wine, the nose reveals intense aromatic notes reminiscent of citrus and floral scents, typical for the variety. In the mouth, however, it is decidedly fruity, with a mineral component that makes it savoury, balanced and persistent.
