Produced for the first time in 1996, this Dolcetto represents, in the company’s philosophy, an everyday wine. The good bottle capable of giving great satisfaction on a thousand different occasions. Produced in about 20 thousand units, this Dolcetto comes from a careful vinification of grapes from different vineyards in Montelupo Albese. Matured in steel and bottled without prior filtration, this Dolcetto is a deep ruby red colour in the glass. The nose immediately reveals its fresh and youthful character. There are fruity notes reminiscent of red and black fruits and in particular ripe blackberries. In the mouth it is agile, very smooth and well balanced. A sparkling wine, simple but not boring. A nice glass suitable for all palates that has only one flaw: it always finishes too soon. The classic wine of which one should always keep a small supply on hand.
