Composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, expertly processed to create a wine with distinctive character and a complex flavor profile. The grapes are harvested by hand in 300 kg caissons, and at the end of processing, about 15 percent of the wine is aged in new French oak to give it additional nuance and complexity.
