Here lies Chteau de Bois-Brinçon, an estate that has been producing wines of the highest quality for generations, including this Crémant de Loire AOC Nature. An organic sparkling wine that encapsulates the freshness and liveliness of this magical land. The grapes come from the Anjou region, where the climate is temperate and the soil rich in chalk and tuff. Ideal conditions for growing Chenin Blanc and Pineau d’Aunis, vines capable of producing elegant and mineral wines. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, with no added sugar at disgorgement. Maturation on the lees lasts at least 15 months. In the glass this bubbly has a beautiful bright straw yellow colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals a floral and fruity bouquet, with notes of citrus, white peach and white flowers. In the mouth it is fresh and lively, with pleasant acidity and a mineral and persistent finish. Ideal as an aperitif, on the table it goes well with seafood, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
