Here Bodega Familia Schroeder produces a line of wines called “Saurus”, dedicated to the discovery of important dinosaur fossils, found during the construction of the winery. On the bottles, in fact, it is possible to recognize the silhouette of a big dinosaur. The Neuquén Pinot Noir “Saurus” is a fresh version of the noble Burgundian grape variety. It ages only partly in oak barriques, for three months, and partly in steel tanks. The result is a fragrant and pleasant wine, with sweet and velvety tannins and a pleasant acidity that makes it perfect for more than one occasion.
